Our history
The Residence Sogni di Mare at Lido Riccio di Ortona, a few meters from the sea, was born from the desire of father Tonino to have a home for the whole family a few meters from the sea.
His wife Margherita, in 2006 walking on the internal street of Lido Riccio, met a farmer who cultivated his land right next to the beach and, stopping to have a chat with him, made him a purchase proposal. The agreement was immediately found and from that moment dreams came to life.
After a few years and with the arrival of four grandchildren, Tonino and Margherita have rethought their initial project and have developed the desire to create a tourist structure that could give added value to a splendid area like Lido Riccio and could be in the future a entrepreneurial activity for their guys!!!
The Residence Sogni di Mare, on the advice of the friend and architect Luca Mancini, was built with eco-sustainable materials to respect the environment in which it is located, a splendid beach on the Adriatic coast.
The use of natural materials and construction techniques suitable for reducing the energy impact has made it possible to obtain a house with low consumption, and healthy for those who live there.
In 2021, in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic, the residence was completed and the whole Guerra family is now proud and happy to share their dream with all lovers of the sea and those who want to visit the wonderful Abruzzo region!
